Greetings everyone,

I’m interested in exploring ideas related to enhancing the React UI for OpenELIS.  
Currently, users are only able to change the language at the time of login. I was thinking of adding the option to change the language dynamically on every page, allowing users to switch languages at any time during their session thus improving usability and accessibility. I would appreciate guidance by you all on this.
