In OpenELIS Global, on the result validation/release screen, there is a **Visibility** field for validation notes with two options:

- Internal
- Send with result

Currently, **Send with result** is selected by default. We would like to change this behavior so that **Internal** is selected by default whenever a user opens the validation screen.

Could someone please guide us on the following?

1. Is there an existing configuration setting to control the default visibility of validation notes?
2. If not, which frontend component or source file should be modified to set **Internal** as the default?
3. Is there any backend logic or existing workflow that needs to be considered to ensure the selected visibility is saved and handled correctly?

I checked the available documentation but could not find a specific reference explaining how to configure this behavior.

Any guidance, documentation references, or code examples would be appreciated.
