Thanks @tasksolver for catching this. Ideally that banner Text is not Hard coded . its cofigurable . Go to `admin -> General Configuartions -> Site Information -> bannerHeading` So this is not issue ---

For intoductory issues, i know we have quite alot of pages that are not ye responsive on smaller screen , can try to simulate a smaller screen on your browser and then try to file an issue for any page that is not responsive ?? ive already added [one](https://github.com/I-TECH-UW/OpenELIS-Global-2/issues/1249) ---
