# Need Help to solve the Error: "build-and-push-image Expected — Waiting for status to be reported"

I have make a PR and I want to merge it but I get this error  
**build-and-push-image** Expected — Waiting for status to be reported

how to solve it?

Do mean real merging??  
if yes, you cannot because you don’t have that permission, only those(especially project owners & maintainers) can.

just open the PR, for review

Hello @Sayed_Abdo , No worries, That happen for every PR created  
I just added a few extra rules to ensure merging is only allowed when all the builds pass.
