Its been a while when we last [selected the OpenELIS community volunteer of the month](https://talk.openelis-global.org/t/introducing-vishal-sharma-as-the-openelis-volunteer-of-the-motnth-january-2025/1165)  
The OpenELIS community would like to recognize the best Volunteer of Month, who has had the most amazing contributions and has helped others members for the month of Februray 2026.

This title shall be awarded to the member with the most recognitions
