hello devs, hope all is well, Ive been trying to login the atlassian site following this link [Log in with Atlassian account](https://uwdigi.atlassian.net/jira/software/c/projects/OGC/boards/51), and seems I dont have access. Is there any prior access that needs to be granted first ?? If so, how ??. THANKS
