I have downloaded the CobasIntegra400 plugin jar file from the releases page and deployed on my instance on docker. The plugin is available under plugins and under the Results menu. I have further setup Analyser Test Name for two tests and made an order for each of these tests. When I go to Results → Analyser →Biochemistry: Cobas Integra 400+, it shows “There are no records to display” with no option of running tests. If i switch to old UI, the Supported Action Lists is empty.
@sthaiya
just to be sure that you are not missing anything, we can
Double-check that you’ve mapped each test in Test Dictionary → Analyser Mapping to the Cobas Integra codes.
Ensure the analyzer interface (or result file import) is actually feeding data into the system. Without incoming results, the page will stay blank.
If you just want to test, try exporting a sample Cobas result file and use the manual result import option to see the data populate because the plugin alone won’t show anything until tests are mapped and results flow in.
