How Are Batches Intended to Be Used in OpenELIS Workplans?

Hello Team,

I am new to OpenELIS (using version 3.2.3) and have been exploring the Workplan feature. However, I am having difficulty understanding the purpose and workflow of batches within Workplans.

I created a batch from Pending Tests and activated it, but I could not find a way to:

  • View the list of tests included in the batch
  • Print the batch
  • Add tests to an existing batch
  • Remove tests from a batch

Additionally, when I navigate to Workplan → By Test, I can see the option to print a workplan, but I do not see any option to mark a workplan as active. How can users identify which tests are currently being processed?

The available documentation on this feature appears to be quite limited. If anyone can provide an overview of how batches are intended to be used, or point me to relevant documentation or examples, I would greatly appreciate it.
