I have a question that may be a little strange. I am wondering what the relationship is between the OpenELIS foundation and OpenELIS Global? I was trying to verify that these refer to the same group/organization/people/code. A brief look at the OpenELIS global code indicates that it references things at openelis.org. It just seems a little bit strange that there seems to be no mention or links between the two web sites.

From the OpenELIS Global 2 project read me
It mentions that OpenELIS Global 2 is a re-write of the original US based OpenELIS project. The main goal was to Globalize it , Standardise it and update its tech stach , since the original OpenELIS was mainly US based and used old tech stach and didnt support any of the modern Standards like FHIR.
So the OpenELIS Foundation literaly mantains the original US based OpenELIS project
