Hello GSoC Contributors, This is a reminder about the GSoC Midterm Evaluation.
Mentors and GSoC contributors can begin submitting midterm evaluations starting July 6, 2026.
The deadline for the Midterm Evaluation (standard coding period) is July 10, 2026.
Contributors, please make sure your mentor has everything they need to evaluate your progress, including:
- What you’ve done so far
- The current state of your project
- Any challenges you’ve faced
Mentors, please don’t wait until the last day to submit your evaluations.
Creating a Blog post on medium, Contributors will need to post a new topic on OpenELIS Talk, titled GSoC 2026 - Project Title - Mid Term Evaluation, using the same format and details as your other blog posts, and make sure to tag these with @GoogleOSS @GSoC
