My name is Hritik Raj, and I’m a student developer preparing for GSoC 2026. I have experience with Java and Spring Boot, and the OpenELIS backend looks like a great fit. I’ve seen many past GSoC projects were for the frontend. Can you tell me if you anticipate having any backend-focused projects (working on the Java/Spring parts) for 2026?

I work mainly with Java , Spring-boot , React , mernstack , Ai and I’m currently exploring the codebase to understand the project better
