Hey everyone
Following on our intentions and discussions on community growth.
Previously, we had two calls (Tuesday & Thursday), but we dropped Tuesday due to low attendance and kept Thursday focused on code, debugging, and unblocking work.
We would like to re-consider bringing back the Tuesday call but with a different purpose:
→ Focus on community growth, shared goals, onboarding, and alignment
→ A space to talk about where we’re going as a community (not just what we’re coding)
Thursday would remain as it is:
→ Technical updates, debugging, and unblocking contributors
The goal here isn’t to add more meetings for the sake of it, it’s to make sure we’re actually growing, aligning, and not just working in silos.
Would this be valuable for you?
- What would make a Tuesday call worth showing up for?
- What should we not turn it into?
Let’s discuss before we bring it back

I think it’s a good idea to bring back the Tuesday call. Having a dedicated space for community level discussions would help everyone stay connected to the bigger picture I guess.

thanks for the updates @Agaba_Derrick_Junior . this is so timely and very much needed.
Thanks for this @Agaba_Derrick_Junior, yeah this sounds useful
Tuesday could work if it’s more about direction + what we’re building together, not just code.
maybe we can keep it a bit structured so it doesn’t drift.
well it just shouldn’t turn into another debugging/status call, as we already have thursday for that.

thanks for this @Agaba_Derrick_Junior, I think it’d be really beneficial for new contributors to have a dedicated space for discussions.
It’s a good idea to have an open engagement which is non technical. I strongly believe we shall get mileage from it if it gets good participation because the community needs both for growth.
