I set it all up but the username & password boxes at https://localhost/login don’t show.

Remove the docker container , Repull the image and start the docker again in dev env. Thanks.
Update: I fixed it, the issue was that it was loading up “Not Authenticated” which there is a fix for that issue here, so I just ran 2 commands and it got fixed
