I am not able to run the application locally. I followed all the steps mentioned on github but still getting this error. I used this command docker-compose -f dev.docker-compose.yml up -d

Can you share the docker logs specifically for the container running the backend. i.e oe.openelis.org
not this one send the logs of openelisglobal-webapp container logs
Now click on the openelisglobal-webapp container to view its logs

run docker-compose logs in the terminal and then copy al the logs there and paste them at https://pastebin.com/ and then share the link on this thread
