I am facing issues with validating my results. What could be the possible reasons why my results are stuck in validation ?

hello @Joy_Cornelius, sorry that you are unable to validate your results, when you try to validate what does the system say when you try to validate, any error it trhows up

Thank you for responding to my query. Every time I click save after validation the results, the results remain in the validation page no matter how many times I click on save results, and when I get to print the patient status report, it says it is in progress. What do you think I should do?

Do you have interne acces on the machine ??
You can pull the latest docker changes . I remeber that issue was fixed on the latest versions .
Can you share here your docker-compose file where youre running the containers from ??
