I’m Salifu Njidda final year computer software engineering student at University of BUEA, Cameroon.
For the past 3yrs I have gained a lot of knowledge and developed a huge passion for software engineering, from open source contributions with other organizations like OpenMRS, Rocket.Chat and Joplin and recently working with an EMR plartform using OpenELIDS as a Lab system(where I got to know the existence of openElis), I am more than excited to join this community which is already having a product impacting so many life’s in one way or the other.
I am interested in being part of this amazing community and to continue building on this product making it the best at any instance.
My skills lies arround: software engineering, Linux System Administration, database administration and DBMS(MySQL,mariadb,Postgres,MongoDB), Java(core and spring-boot), JavaScript (Reactjs & Nodejs, abit of angular), docker, AWS, Apache Camel and Kafka(for enterprise integration), and team player in open source communities.
I am looking forward getting into more of understanding openElis development and why not ship my first contribution.
